    Mike, this is a powerful image and works extremely well in the panoramic format. The ominous sky looming above the library building is awesome. If you are so inclined, I am thinking that I would like to see the building a bit brighter to make it stand out further as what I believe you intended to be the main subject. If possible also highlight the reflected light lines in the water to create leading lines from the well handled foreground. I know I keep harping on the subject but luminosity masking should make these possible with little to moderate effort. I would select a lights 1 mask and use it with a dodge and burn layer. You might be surprised how much of the lines can be brought out using this method. Whatever you decide, nice work!
